Easy Chocolate Dessert by Errens Kitchen

Ingredients

For the base:

12 Oreo cookies (crushed)

6 tbls melted butter

For the ganache:

12 Oz Semi Sweet Chocolate

12 Oz Heavy Cream

Method

Base

1. Blend the Oreo cookies in a food processor until crumbs are formed.

2. Add melted butter and mix until combined.

3. Prepare 20cm Food Ring on Baking Tray. (can also be made using 12x mini cheesecake pans)

4. Pour the mixture into the food ring.

5. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan to make an even base and set aside.

Ganache

1. In a small saucepan, heat the cream just until hot.

2. Place the chocolate into a medium mixing bowl.

3. Pour the heated cream over the chocolate and whisk until smoothed.

4. Pour the chocolate cream evenly over the cookie base.

5. Cover with plastic and place in the fridge until they are set.

Decorate

1. While you are waiting for your dessert to set, melt some chocolate of your choice, dark, milk or white and create some chocolates to place on top. Pick your chocolate mould here.

Yes. We ship internationally and all international parcels are sent with tracking included in the cost. The cost of shipping internationally can be calculated in your cart and the time it takes to receive your parcel can be anywhere from 7 – 30 days.

Do you have a retail outlet?

We are an online store only, but ship our parcels Australia wide and internationally.

Do you make custom cookie cutters?

At this stage we do not have the facilities to make one off special cookie cutter designs. If you have an idea for a cookie cutter that you think would be a great addition to our range then please let us know as we can design our own shapes, we just have to order them in minimum quantities from our supplier. Some of our best sellers have been our own customers ideas!

Do you provide a customer pick up service?

Unfortunately we don't offer a collection service at this time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We will ship your order the next business day (at the latest).

Estimated parcel delivery times vary by state and whether you are metro or regional based. Always allow additional time for orders to arrive during holiday periods and public holidays.
