SHIPPING

 Within Australia

We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $9.95 or for free for orders over $99 using Australia Post. Your cookie cutters should arrive within 4 – 10 days, depending on your location, after your payment has cleared. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Require your item faster?
We offer Express Post via Australia Post which should see your parcel arrive 1 - 4 business days after your payment clears depending on your location. We recommend this service if you are worried at all that your cookie cutters may not arrive in time.  Our flat rate for express post is $12.95 or for orders over $99 you can upgrade to express for $10.  You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

   Want to pick your item up?  

Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up service.
 

 International Postage

We ship to most countries using Australia Post. Delivery times vary greatly depending on which country you are from and can take anywhere from 2 – 30 days from your payment clearing. Overseas postage is calculated on checkout and can you can use our postage calculator once you have added items to your cart to work out your postage cost.  The different types of overseas postage are detailed below the options available to you on checkout are dependent on the country you are from.  We ship all orders by next business day.

PACK & TRACK INTERNATIONAL
Available to select countries, this option includes online tracking number which will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel is despatched.  Estimated 5-10 business days for delivery of your item.
EXPRESS COURIER INTERNATIONAL
Fast delivery of your parcel with delivery in 2 - 4 business days to major cities and 5 business days to regional centres.  Tracking and signature on delivery is included.

Some exceptions: Unfortunately we have had issues with many missing parcels when sent to Canada, South Africa and Israel.  We do still post to these countries but with only limited shipping options which feature insurance and full tracking.
