Cookie Cutters Aren't Just For Cookies!

We are experiencing a rather yucky heat wave here in Australia at the moment. It is way too hot to even contemplate turning on the oven to bake cookies at the moment but it is great weather for a nice fresh sandwich for lunch. Make your sandwiches fun by cutting out sandwich shapes with your cookie cutters. This is a great idea for a surprise in the kids lunchboxes with when they go back to school also.
