Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally and all international parcels are sent with tracking included in the cost. The cost of shipping internationally can be calculated in your cart and the time it takes to receive your parcel can be anywhere from 7 – 30 days.
Do you have a retail outlet?
We are an online store only, but ship our parcels Australia wide and internationally.
Do you make custom cookie cutters?
At this stage we do not have the facilities to make one off special cookie cutter designs. If you have an idea for a cookie cutter that you think would be a great addition to our range then please let us know as we can design our own shapes, we just have to order them in minimum quantities from our supplier. Some of our best sellers have been our own customers ideas!
Do you provide a customer pick up service?
Unfortunately we don't offer a collection service at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We will ship your order the next business day (at the latest).
Estimated parcel delivery times vary by state and whether you are metro or regional based. Always allow additional time for orders to arrive during holiday periods and public holidays.

Express Post 1 – 4 working days (usually 2)
