YAY! We're in print again!

The new issue of Homespun Magazine went on sale yesterday 8th January and we are proud to say that a couple of our cookie cutters were featured in their "window shopping" section. This month's section had a hedgehog theme and after picking up my copy yesterday there are a couple of other hedgehog related items I also think I now need to pick up!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally and all international parcels are sent with tracking included in the cost. The cost of shipping internationally can be calculated in your cart and the time it takes to receive your parcel can be anywhere from 7 – 30 days.

Do you have a retail outlet?

We are an online store only, but ship our parcels Australia wide and internationally.

Do you make custom cookie cutters?

At this stage we do not have the facilities to make one off special cookie cutter designs. If you have an idea for a cookie cutter that you think would be a great addition to our range then please let us know as we can design our own shapes, we just have to order them in minimum quantities from our supplier. Some of our best sellers have been our own customers ideas!

Do you provide a customer pick up service?

Yes. We provide a customer pick up service for free from Mount Gambier, SA, 5290. If you wish you use this service please enter discount code PICKUP on checkout. This will deduct the $7.95 postage fee from your order. Once you have finalised your purchase and your order is prepared the details of the pickup location will be sent to you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We will ship your order the next business day (at the latest).

Estimated parcel delivery times vary by state and whether you are metro or regional based. Always allow additional time for orders to arrive during holiday periods and public holidays.

Standard Post 3 – 7 working days

Express Post 1 – 4 working days (usually 2)

Airmail 7 - 30 working days
